The Creative Zen Stone Plus – whoa that’s a mouthful – is slightly larger than 2nd and 3rd generation iPod Shuffle
models, but is cheaper, has a LED screen, and a FM radio. That much functionality could not be put in a smaller package.

The Zen Stone Plus can hold 2 GB of music or files, and has a battery life that’s roughly two and a half hours
less than any iPod Shuffle, but that’s due to its LED screen, which sucks power faster. The sound quality of the Zen
Stone Plus is, in our opinion, superior to that of any iPod shuffle.

The stock earbuds, like with any product, are decent but leave something to be desired, so it’s a good idea to purchase a better pair. Sennheiser makes good earbud-style ‘phones for around twenty dollars.

Transferring files can be done through Windows Explorer, iTunes, or Creative’s software. We recommend the former two options, as Creative’s software can be a little bit slow and buggy.

The Zen Stone Plus is perfect for working, working out or zoning out, and what’s great is you can either listen to your
own songs or tune into a FM radio station. At less than fifty dollars, it’s just too much of a bargain to pass up.

The Zen stone is a mice inexpensive choice to combat the iPod Shuffle. Initial setup of the software is very simple and how creative set this MP3 player to act like a USB flash drive makes adding and removing songs and albums quite simple. The CD ripping...

Stuff like lack of a screen and lack of storage space are not cons, especially since they have a larger 2GB version...I love this thing and recommend it to ANYONE who doesn\'t have a lot of music, someone who likes simplicity, or just as a second, music...

This is my first digital audio player and is just what I was looking for, no menus and easy to operate...In fact, the auto update feature detected my Sound Blaster and updated it as well...The built in rechargeable battery is a nice feature......
