Leaks are pretty common now by word-of- mouth in the electronics world, but it's not often that someone just drops off a few internal documents from Microsoft. We'll take it though. And because of these supposed documents, Microsoft's new Zune HD looks as though it might have a release date.

According to these internal Microsoft documents (still unconfirmed, mind you) the new Zune HD will hit the market on September 8.

The new Zune HD, which should be available in both a 16GB and a 32GB version will feature Nvidia's Tegra which is supposed to dramatically boost battery life and efficiency. 32GB and good battery life? Sounds too good to be true, but this could just make the Zune HD worth buying, if the OLED screen wasn't enough cool to make you buy one already.

We still don't know a price for the new Zune, but I am sure we will soon enough. Stay tuned.
