The amount of digital memory installed in the MP3 player. This is measured in megabytes (MB) and gigabytes (GB). The more GB of memory a player has the more music, video and overall information the player can store.

Storage Capacity:

The estimated maximum number of songs the MP3 player can store assuming a song is four minutes long and encoded at 128kbps.

Video File Formats:

The MP3 player’s compatible video file formats. Compatible formats vary from each manufacturer. Common video file formats include WMV, AVI and MP4.

Warranty:

The MP3 player includes a warranty. Most are limited to time and excessive mishandling. Warranties vary from 90 days to the lifetime of the MP3 player.

Audio Equalizer:

The ability of the MP3 player to change the tonal qualities, ie bass, treble, and mid frequencies.

Touch Screen:

The MP3 player has a touch sensitive screen that can be navigated using your finger or stylist.

WiFi:

The device has the ability to connect to the Internet or transfer information wirelessly when within range of a wireless network or other specific portable device.
