Zune HD Release Date Leaked

The Zune HD has been receiving a lot of praise lately, which means it might be the first time anyone really gets excited about a Zune release date. If you’ve been waiting to hear when the little wonder will debut, you need to thank an anonymous Best Buy employee who leaked images of the Zune HD stands and promotional material. It’s pretty, I guess, but the important part is that the display says the Zune HD will be available to pick up on September 15.

The info came to light via Gizmodo, which originally hosted the images of the stands. The stand also indicates you can reserve your own early, which might be a good idea if all this good press coverage catches enough consumer attention. Weird to say that something with the name Zune on it, I know. Unfortunately, the leaked display images don’t mention pricing, so we’ll have to stick with the earlier rumors there.
